Our Favorite Notebooks

Our CEO recently came across these cool handcrafted notebooks from a company called Giftsland.  They’re 100% handmade in Nepal and because they use the bark of the Lokta plant which helps promotes new growth, they are very eco-friendly.  And they’re not only sustainable, but they’ve also got great designs!  I had the chance to meet up with the owner, Prasanna, at the National Stationery Show and he showed me their new line of cards and paper.  Our office loves these notebooks so much, we decided to include them in our Cardstore gift bags for our Card-Licious  party Tuesday!

Custom Personal Cards – NSS Preview

As I try to explain to my teen girls, Facebook™ is fun, but there is nothing like making connections “out in the real world”. At the National Stationery Show (NSS) this week, Cardstore.com will introduce personal cards which are digitally printed on 130lb eco-friendly paper. The cards are a bit smaller than a business card with rounded corners.

We have over 50 designs by studio february 13 creative, or you can make your own cards by uploading your images. Every personal card order comes with a free card case.

Winter Holiday Cards – NSS Preview

Winter holiday cards in May? Believe it or not, in the stationery world that is THE time to roll out new cards for the 2009 holidays. At the National Stationery Show (NSS) next week, we’ll be showing fresh winter holiday cards from over 30 established and emerging artists.

Card-licious Reception May 19th

Just a Few Days Until the National Stationery Show!

Over the past few months, stationery designers and geeks like me have been hard at work getting ready for the National Stationery Show (NSS) in New York City. As Katy our design guru says, “The Stationery Show is basically Fashion Week for paper.” Soon, we’ll post previews of cards premiering at a Champagne and Cupcake Reception, May 19, 2009, 5:30pm – 8:00pm.
