This birth announcement is one of my favorite baby girl birth announcements, and as it seems elephants are everywhere lately in terms of stationery goods, nursery decor, and newborn clothing, I thought it might be cute to use this invitation as inspiration for a pink elephant baby shower. What I really love about it is the use of the bright pink and orange together–such a fun, pretty color palette! I think the elephant motif and pretty color scheme would make the perfect jumping off point for a cheerful, warm baby shower!

For some reason, this summer seems to be a particularly huge season of weddings for me. The few I’ve been to so far have all been magnificent, and I know the rest will be just as moving. But with all these weddings, I can’t help but think about the next step: the babies to come! I found myself browsing through our baby shower invitations, and I was suddenly inspired by our Little White Bird invitation.
