I recently read Meghan’s Pinterest Mom No More post, and while I’m not a mom yet, her insights really resonated with me.
These days, just about everyone is on some sort of social media platform—and it’s great to have the highlight reels of everyone we love and care about at our fingertips. But sometimes, it’s easy to get caught up in a “keeping up with the Joneses” mentality, because everything looks so pretty when its pinned or seen through the lens of a filter.
Today, I’m sharing a quote I believe really cuts through to what’s important—your own personal happiness. I created two versions, so pick whichever one you like best and display it somewhere to remind you daily to chase your bliss!
I’m a firm believer that happiness is very much a choice, and it doesn’t matter what others are doing or how they perceive you. What truly matters is what you’re doing and how you perceive you.
Recognize what truly makes you happy each day, and don’t ever take it for granted.
Here’s to finding our inner bliss! :)
